About a 7 minute drive north of Marlborough is the pub with the most comprehensive selection of Christmas entertainment.

On Friday 23rd December there is a Darts Night and on Christmas Eve the bar will stay open until 1am. It is something of a rarity these days to find a pub which opens on Christmas Day but in a nicely civilised gesture, The Inn with the Well will be open for drinks from 12pm-2pm offering sanctuary from those angry people in the kitchen back home preparing lunch.

In another twist with tradition the Inn will be closed on New Year’s Eve but somewhat thrillingly open on New Year’s Day when the rest of the world is closed for business.  Back by popular demand, The Inn's famous Big Breakfast returns on Sunday 1st of January. The best way to get rid of the toxic effects of the night before is a nice cooked breakfast and a hair of the dog. Food is served 1pm-2:30pm and the bar is open 1pm-4pm.
