Rich and Kat HolmanIt has been a long reign, but finally Bob and Nikki Holman have stepped aside and anointed their children, Rich and Kat as supreme rulers of The Food Gallery at 47-48 High Street, Marlborough. Wiltshire Café of the Year 2017, The Food Gallery has become something of a Marlborough institution since first opening its doors in 2006 by serving the best cup of coffee in Marlborough, a secret blend jealously guarded by Bob.

It quickly gained a reputation for doing uncomplicated food very well indeed. The secret is in the freshness of their produce which, wherever possible, is sourced locally and fashioned into delicious breakfasts and tasty lunches, coffee and cake and afternoon teas. With a large range of gluten free alternatives, the Food Gallery also caters to contemporary dietary requirements. There is too, the ever reliable selection of fine produce including drizzles and dressings, fudge, preserves, hand-made Belgian chocolates and of course, The Food Gallery’s legendary coffee. We suspect that despite his abdication, Bob still won’t be handing the recipe of his coffee blend to his heirs any time soon.
