Like a phoenix from the flames, Marlborough’s public houses have joined together to launch Marlborough Music Festival for 2018.

Six of Marlborough’s best music venues will be hosting their own bands with free entry throughout the weekend. There will be cover bands as well as up and coming groups, playing your favourite tunes non-stop, so don’t miss this great weekend of free entertainment!

Friday 20th July

Eddie Witcomb and Friends

A star from Mantonfest, this man and his guitar play everything from Pink Floyd to Jeff Buckley and Muse.

Sugar Motown

How sweet it is to listen to you! Sugar Motown comes to The Roebuck to schmooze us with hits by Stevie Wonder, Odyssey and The Temptations.

Saturday 21st July

Echo

The Bear welcomes 8 fantastic bands on Saturday with performances throughout the day, starting from 1pm.

Echo is our pick for the day with their 4-piece rock/pop band offering covers from all the classic favourites. Everything from Bon Jovi to The Jam and Bruno Mars. This is set to be a great finale to your night.

Burbank Boys

The Green Dragon welcomes impressive young acoustic duo Burbank Boys to get you in the Saturday spirit. This fresh sounding duo will get you moving with hits from Ed Sheeran, Plan B and The White Stripes.

Sunday 22nd July

Sunday hangover session at The Lamb Inn

The Vooz is sure to lively up yourself after the weekend’s shenanigans. The band describes themselves as intensely explosive, moulded from the depths of punk with a pathological addiction to rock.
