Job description
As an Administration Team Member at Warner Leisure Hotels you will be part of a passionate team working in a high performing, fast paced environment supporting Head of Departments and Team Members on a daily basis.
Role responsibilities:
- Administration of payroll and personnel files, training records, and supplier accounts
- Counting daily cash takings and preparing banking, providing prompt and accurate returns of income and expenditure to Bourne Support
- Maintaining an up to date understanding of the Bourne Leisure cash handling procedures
- Collate and process all departments timesheets accurately
- Ordering of stationery
- Providing general admin and office support to Head of Departments as directed by your manager
- Maintaining a safe, secure and appealing environment by adhering to the companies Health & Safety policy
